50-Year Old Guy in a 27-Year Old Body

Waaaah, may cute akong ahente!

It has always been my principle and something that I strictly abide on to - "never shit in your own backyard." The last 5 years I've spent in the BPO industry, naging successful naman ako. Either nagpapalipat ako ng account pag-alam kong na medyo nahuhulog na loob ko or I just divert my attention on to someone else, or I jerk off. :-)

This guy - F, bago pa lang siya. He was part of the 3 ABAY classes which came in 2 weeks ago - a week before I arrived. On the first day pa lang, I noticed na pag nogyoyosi ako, nagkakataon na nagyoyosi din siya. Im not saying na sinusundan niya ako kasi I dont think he even notices me the way I notice him. Pero parang "serendipity" lang. Oh by the way, limang taon na ako sa CC pero ngayon lang ako nakapagtrabaho sa isang call center na ang yosi area e parang Starbucks. Panalo!

So anyway, nagkataon na ang supervisor niya e under sa cluster ko. So technically, direct report ko siya kasi ako ang direct manager ng supervisor niya. So when I gave a "pep talk" sa team nila which I did with other teams too, I noticed na parang nakatitig lang siya tapos maya-maya parang nagssmirk. May nakakatawa ba sa sinasabi ko?! He is 5'6", flawless fair skin, perfect set of pearly whites (partida nagyoyosi pa yan ha) and really toned body. Not too bulky, not too lean. Just right... for the picking. or was that ripe. LOL So medyo nairita ako, pero pabiro kong sinabi, "it's either you're smiling because you're thinking of something else that's not related in anything I just talked about or, you are just naturally happy." Tiningnan siya lahat ng teammates niya. So nabigla siya na all of a sudden lahat ng attention e nasa kanya na. I swear to gawd, talo niya sa pamumula ang pinakahinog na kamatis. Medyo nakunsensya naman ako. I winked. He smiled. I died.

After a couple more issues, I dismissed the meeting. I headed straight to the restroom.

As I looked up after washing my face, I noticed he was standing behind me. Jusko, prang high school lang pakiramdam ko! Kaming dalawa lang ang nasa restroom and I swear, I can hear my heart beating so loudly! Then he said, "Sir, pasensya na po kayo kanina kung nainsulto po kayo. Hindi ko po sinasadya. Nangingiti lang po ako kasi po pag nakikita kita sa smoking area, lagi po kayong nakasimangot. Parang you're a 50 year old guy in a 27 year old body. Sobrang nakakatakot po kayo lapitan. Pero kanina nung nagsasalita kayo sa team namin, ok naman po pala kayo - kaya po ako napapangiti."

Dead silence.

Siyempre, di ko alam sasabihin ko. So, syempre kelangan ko parin mag put up ng front and told him - "no worries man. see you around."

Ganun lang. Walang second look nung umalis ako. Pero habang pabalik ako sa station area ko, daig ko pa si Dorothy kung maka-skip in her red shoes.
